The Frazer Theatre Comedy Club celebrates its third birthday in style on Friday 3rd November. We’ve pulled out all the stops this month to bring an extra-special selection of talent to help us mark our big day!
As ever tickets remain at £10 in advance and are available from the Old Chemist Shop, Market Place, Knaresborough, by calling 07835 927965 or from our online box office by clicking here. Any tickets are available for £12 on the door.
Doors open at 7.30pm, show starts at 8pm.
The line up for this special show is:
Be ready for pretty much anything when Jason Cook takes to the stage. Behind his cheerful Geordie exterior lurks a dark, sharp comedic mind. Jason has a way of presenting true-to-life stories that drag you in and won’t let go, close to the edge but always intriguing and blessed with the sort of charm that’ll have you laughing in spite of yourself. Making a welcome return to the Frazer after a knockout appearance at the Knaresborough Comedy Festival 2016, Jason is a worthy headliner for the biggest show of our year!
Paul F Taylor
The award winning Paul F Taylor is a one of the UK’s most original and distinctive stand-up performers. His unique brand of humour fuses quirky offbeat one liners with surreal and observational flights of fancy to fantastical effect. Winner of the NATY New Act Of The Year for 2013, Paul’s persona of a lost bewildered fool sits perfectly alongside his gleefully madcap ideas. Hugely popular when he first appeared on our stage two years ago, we’re delighted to be joined by Paul for a second time.
A first-rate stand-up, gag-smith, and downbeat storyteller, Martin Croser’s comedy stands partway between the righteous fury of Sam Kinison and the downtrodden world-weariness of Tony Hancock.
Well known to regular visitors of the Frazer Theatre Comedy Club, Tom is one of our favourite MCs ever. A naturally gifted comedian and storyteller,Tom never fails to delight us or our audiences. Taking his traditional slot as MC for our big birthday show, we’re delighted to have one of the nicest men in comedy back on our stage once more.
