Knaresborough's first Progressive Rock festival is scheduled for Sunday 28th August. Titled 'ProgYes' it is headlined by SeYeS , a fantastic Yes tribute band.
'ProgYes' is headlined by SeYeS ("http://www.seyes.co.uk/" ), a fantastic Yes tribute band who took the Henshaw's Centre by storm last June. Also on the bill are Area 39 (http://www.myspace.com/area39) an Ambient Progressive band from Leeds. The festival also includes a performance from 'Tim Hunter and friends' (http://www.northernsoundscapes.co.uk/), which is the final gig of Tim's 'Pathway of Light' tour of Yorkshire. Tim's new single, taken from 'The Pathway of Light' album is 'Spare The Tiger'

This song has been written in support of the campaign to save the Tiger from extinction. 25% of download revenue will go to the Born Free Foundation. Other Special guests to be announced. Tickets £15 available from www.yorview.co.uk and Pear, High Street Knaresborough. Doors open at 5pm.
